Every person over the age of 18 years should have a Will and Enduring Power of Attorney. You work hard for your money so you should be in control of what happens to it when you pass away. Regardless of how much or how little you have, leaving a valid Will ensures that your assets and family heirlooms go to the people that you have chosen. 

An Enduring Power of Attorney is a necessary document that allows you to appoint the people you trust the most to act for you if you are every unable to act for yourself or lose capacity. It is important to take action while you are able and create an EPA. After executing your EPA you can rest assured that in the event that you lose capacity, or require your attorney to act on your behalf for any reason, you have selected the person or people to act on your behalf.
